FAQs

Thank you for visiting and shopping at WarpedRoadStudio.com

GENERAL POLICIES:

All work is final sale.

However, that said, I try very hard to make sure the photos you see online are as close to the product you will receive. Sometimes with natural fibres and the textures in my work, it is difficult to depict the truest color online. Before purchasing, if you would like additional photos, please email me directly at: warpedroadstudio@gmail.com

It is my absolute goal that you love my work and have a happy shopping experience with me. Please know that I will always try to reasonably work with you to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

The following are the terms and conditions for shipping:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are NOT processed on weekends or holidays (with a few minor exceptions like holidays shipping madness!)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your order may be delayed by a few days, however we will notify you of this via email.

Overnight delivery is only available to addresses within the continental United States.

Tapestries can be shipped internationally.

Only Wanderlust Pillows covers can be shipped internationally. Unfortunately the pillow inserts make shipping costs prohibitive outside the continental United States.

Customs Duty:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
For more information, please contact your local customs office.

ADDITIONAL FAQs:

Do you do commission pieces?

YES! Absolutely! Contact me directly to discuss design, dimensions and pricing.

Where do you get your materials?

I try to buy most of materials at local yarn shops in and around the Los Angeles area. I sometimes buy stuff when I travel and those fibers usually end up in my more detailed and special tapestries.

Some of the shops I really like in Los Angeles are: The Little Knittery, WoolHaus and The Knitting Tree. When I'm in NYC, I like to shop at Purl Soho or at Knitty City.

Which looms do you use?

I primarily create my tapestries on my FunemStudio XXL Table Loom or an Ashford large frame loom. My Saori pieces are created on my Saori WX-60 loom.

Do you teach workshops?

Yes, I do. I teach group classes at The Little Knittery in Los Feliz and am also available to book for private groups or one on one.
